I am the Owner and Managing Director of AVE ENSIS d.o.o. (brand Avensys), which was first presented below the lights of the reflector in November 2015.

And I'm just like you did a regular job. Until one day...
...I began to think how it would look like if I would become my own boss and transform all of my competencies, knowledge and skills into my own company.

I couldn't hardly wait until the end of the day and went home
The next few days they were extremely dynamic. I quit, initiated the establishment of the company, made contact with the HZZ, sought and received self-employment support, rented the office and started supplying the equipment needed for everyday work.

Every beginning is tough and especially to reach the first client...
We've started making our own website, expanding the mouth of word of our company through family, relatives, friends and acquaintances, opening profiles/pages at all possible social networks and started advertising. Shortly thereafter, we started negotiations, Avensys signed a contract with the first client, we started with the realization of the project and felt for the first time all the magic of entrepreneurial life in Croatia.
